Transition your summer workout into the Fall season with our women's speciality
class that will strengthen your core, back, and pelvic floor while toning your
arms and legs. This class fuses Pilates, yoga, and specific sculpting exercises
through the use of exercise bands, small weighted balls, and body weight
resistance. This small group class is especially great for women in their
pre/postnatal stages, in childbearing years, and even post rehab
after abdominal/pelvic/back surgeries. Bring a yoga
mat and water and get ready to power through this class!
Online registration is due prior to the first class.
Days/Times: Saturdays 9:00am-10:00am
September 14th - October 26th (6 weeks with Oct 5th cancelled)
Class will transition indoors when the weather becomes cool.
Location: Dunbar Park (South Loop/Bronzeville) -Corner of 29th St & Calumet
If you can't fit our classes into your schedule this option is for you.
Drop inches and tone up by customizing your workout with one on one or
small group fitness training. You and your friends or family can work out together
(4 people maximum) at your convenience. Aerobic, strengthening, and flexibility
components are included in each 60 minute training session.
Evening and weekend sessions available.
