Service Description

This no-equipment class will utilize a variety of bodyweight cardio exercises for a sustained period of time with several water breaks throughout. The goal is to sustain an elevated heart rate throughout. The last 10 minutes of class prior to the cool down will be a core burnout workout - lots of continuous exercises targeting all areas of your core for a quick and effective burn.
