Service Description

Our new Lunch Hour classes are a perfect way to fit in a 30 minute workout during your lunch break. This Lunch Hour Intervals class will incorporate cardio and strength exercises using bodyweight, resistance and light weight training. It's easily modifiable for all ages and fitness levels and a perfect lunchtime class if you're looking for an effective workout making the most of your time!
