Service Description

Our new Lunch Hour classes are a perfect way to fit in a 30 minute workout during your lunch break. This Lunch Hour Pilates class will incorporate bodyweight exercises focusing on lengthening and strengthening the muscles. It's low impact, no equipment and a perfect lunchtime class if you're looking for a (mostly!) sweat-free workout where you can easily return to the office! A quick change into some comfortable clothing and socks and you're ready to go!
